Cold Spring Coffeehouse

I only found out about this place recently post-pandemic, so I haven't had the chance to be inside. Currently they have a takeout window setup where the door would normally be.nnThe coffee here is genuinely phenomenal, both the drinks they make and the beans they sell (I can't remember where those are sourced from at the moment).nnAlso, they have an Everything Bagel Pretzel (with cream cheese filling). Yes, it's as amazing as it sounds.

Love this place! SO many vegan options! We had the vegan tahini chocolate chip cookies, the vegan croissant and the hummus/pesto vegan sandwich. Looked like they had more vegan baked goods - what a gem! Great, quick service. Perfect lunch spot.

My fiancé and I were traveling on 9D to check out all the local small towns. We stopped here for coffee and then we saw this amazing, delicious and best invention ever: an everything bagel pretzel with cream cheese. If you love any of what I said I highly suggest you get your butt over there and try it. We will definitely be back and with friends to try that and more of the pastries they make here. My fiancé ordered a cold brew and really enjoyed her coffee. I had a vanilla maple latte with oat milk and it was 4/5 stars. Either way this place deserves five stars due to their kind customer service interactions and their delicious everything pretzel creation. We will be back and highly recommend to everyone we can!

Best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had at this place. I’ve had many in my chocolate addicted lifetime, but this one was something else. I still think about it. My friend and girlfriend still think about it. It’s vegan, delicious no matter what your dietary restrictions may or may not be.

This place is everything! Absolutely in LooooOoOoOoOoove with the whole menu and the pastries.nnRight in the heart of cold spring, this little coffee house has the best croissants (even vegan ones available) and the most amazing coffee. At the moment due to covid they’re only doing takeout. It’s so easy to do right through a cute little window and ordering is fast and easy.nnThe almond croissant was my favorite but then again so was the everything but the bagel with cream cheese. Sooooooooo goood!!!nnThere’s little chairs outside in case you want to drink your coffee at the spot otherwise you could totally walk to the benches with the gorgeous view just a few steps away.nnBottom line, can’t wait to come here when you can get the full experience. In the meantime, it’s a b s o l u t e l y worth IT. Croissants are out of this world.
