Hudson Hil's Café

Every dish and every ingredient is so fresh. I've only been here for breakfast/brunch so I can't really comment on their lunch menu, but what I've had so far has been outstanding. Their specials are unique too. I remember this one dish that had jalapeno cornbread, still dreaming about it. Makes you wish the week went faster so you could be here for weekend brunch.

We went on a Saturday and it was great! The service and food were very good. My family and I enjoyed the food a lot. I got the eggs with prosciutto, fig, arugula, green apple and home fries and it was so delicious and satisfying! The portion was also fairly generous. We also shared a tall stack of the gluten free pancakes which I was impressed with - they were very fluffy and similar to non gf pancakes! I had a buttered spiced cider rum which was very tasty. We were very pleasantly surprised by Hudson Hil’s Café, worth a visit if in the area!

I had a fantastic in this spot. We loved the first-rate vibes and the meals. The staff are super welcoming. I’m content we finally managed to visit this place.

This place is always busy and the last two times we were in Cold Spring the wait was too long, but today we planned ahead and made a reservation. Menu has a lot of variety of breakfast and lunch options. We ate outside under the heater which was a good option but inside looks inviting and comfortable too. Portions are generous and food is quality.
