We have used John for the last 20 yrs for H&R Block today in the West Point office. He is very easy to work with, you can email him, call him and he will get back to you in a timely manner even if it is not tax season. He goes over everything with you. He always take you when it is you time for an apt. He will answer any question you ask and never makes you feel like you are stupid. John is totally the reason we use H&R Block. I have recommended quite a few people because of him.

John Klossner was a complete professional from begining to completing my tax returns. He went out of his way to help me find deductions that I wouldn't have known about. The whole process was effecient and pleasent. I'm looking forward to working with Mr. Klossner next year in filing my taxes and I will also refer him to my friends and coworkers.
