As a first time user of a rental storage unit I can honestly say I am more than impressed with B & C Storage! They have surpassed my expectations. Renting was super simple. After meeting with Kathleen in person, she showed me each unit I was interested in and nicely educated me as to how this entire process works. I needed some time to think about my final decision and was told that would not be a problem. I called the next day, finalized the particulars and was moving my things in that same afternoon! Absolutely no pressured sales pitches here, these units practically rent themselves! I chose a climate controlled unit and it was sparkling clean, even the hallways throughout the building were spotless. It even smelled really nice!!!nnI can't begin to thank B & C Storage for such a surprisingly pleasant experience. Everyone whom I spoke with, both in person and over the phone, (Kathleen, Brandy and Matthew) were very kind and patiently answered all of my many questions and explained the entire process flawlessly.nnI would absolutely highly recommend B & C Storage to anyone I know in need of storage services. Thank you so much and please, keep up the great work!
