I have shopped at their new location for gift cards and clothes. Their selection and quality is great. Softest and most true fitting shirts ever. So friendy and accomodating, always a great experience.
I bought a blouse a couple of days before Christmas...I told the girl it was for my sister-in-law and I wasn't sure of her size. I was told I could bring it back if it doesn't fit and get a larger size. I took back (in bag) with price on it...was told by clerk that there wasn't anymore. I said ok, I'll just pay the difference if it cost more than what I paid and pick something else..but the because sales recipt wasn't with it..they could only offer me half of what I paid for it because it was now on sale. I could wait for my Visa bill to come in..but I am keeping the blouse that doesn't fit...and never shopping there again. I was not offered a credit in the store.
Wonderful store! Many thoughtful and high quality items, hand made soaps, comfy and stylish clothing and even jerky treats! They have a selection you have to see to believe!
They were so helpful, convenient and carried just what I needed!
Best boutique in Central New York. You couldn't ask for such a wonderfully group off people. They have everything .
