i bought a ford explorer off john and he agreed to fix multiple issues with the truck. he has yet to fix the issues and is very argumentative about fixing them.he insists i give him a good review in able to fix the problem.. wich i think isn't fair seeing how he agreed to fix the problem upon purchase.his mechanic refuses to fix the problem so john is trying to have me pay for labor and he will provide the parts.i went through with the purchase of the vehicle because john agreed to have the vehicle ready the following day.when i arrived the vehicle hasn't moved and nothing was fixed.he said to set an appointment with his mechanic which his mechanic refuses to fix.

This is a great car dealer and auto repair shop if you are looking for one I would highly recommend the mechanic here really know what he is doing.

While I may be biased....the mechanic does a wonderful job and keeps my 2014 honda civic running smooth!
