Boone & Crockett's Riverside Cafe

Food is good. But the service is sloooooooow. I’ve been here 4-5 times, mostly because the dining choices in the area are limited.nWe went last week and it was pretty busy. We waited on the deck to be seated, the waitress walked by us several times and didn’t say a word. Finally we went inside and saw a sign that said seat yourself. We sat, waited 10 minutes, no one came to greet us or take our order. Knowing for past experiences that once our order was taken it would be at least 30 minutes for food, we walked out. Went down the road and had food in 15 minutes. It’s really too bad that the service and wait time is so slow. It’s a beautiful spot on the river and has a lot of potential.

Always a good place to grab a bite before or after a day on the boat. Even if you don't have a boat still a great place offering indoor and outdoor seating where you can enjoy a nice view of the lake and oak orchard river. The staff is great there and so is the food. Great burgers!

What an awesome little diner. Great food, great service, just wish we could have come back for lunch! We will definitely return for another great meal.

Horrible! We was the second table there. There was 6 of us. Got there about 5:05am. It was 6:05am and STILL didn't have our food! They brought out 1 of the meals and not the other 5. Finally I went up and said something and the cook rudely says it's coming. The food was literally sitting there done....just sitting in a corner of the grill. They offered to put it in to go containers which we did at this point because we was already behind for our charter boat. If we come back up we will definitely not be eating there. It started our day off absolutely HORRIBLE!! And forgot to mention a guy behind me also told them to keep their food and didn't want any money back. Just sad!
