Bought supposedly an excellent Condition 2012 Volkswagen with a 60 day warranty for 5000 cash with a balance of $800 which I’d then get title after paid. I left the dealer and found multiple problems, some severe issues that need hundreds of $$ to repair. Rudy Turner told me he would repair all work no problem cause warranty will cover it. He told me bring $800 for title and will do all warranty work so I don’t have to make two trips. Btw I live 2 hours away. 7 hours labor so I dropped my car and stayed at a hotel. When I arrived Rudy tried to rush me into paying for title. I told him when I get back to pick it up. When I got back Rudy tried to rush for payment for title. I first drove car and realized no work was done. After Rudy realized I wasn’t paying $800 balance until work was done, he then admitted he is “not doing any repairs that cost hundreds of dollars on a 9 year old car”. I then asked Rudy to give the title for $0 and I will not him to court for repairs. His response was no. And then said he would not even let me pay $800 for title unless I sign a document stating I will not take him for court. DO TRUST OR DO BUSINESS WITH RUDY!! AS THE OWNER OF THIS DEALER I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR SERVICE OR SALES!!!nn**I will try to post the pics of our conversation!**

If I could give zero stars I would.. I went to this dealer/scammer about 3 months ago for a vehicle that I liked but was a little skeptical about. While I was debating on buying the car Rudy was being very impatient and rushing me to buy it. He said he would give me a 60 day warranty and to bring the car back if any issues were to come up. Needless to say the check engine light came on as I was pulling off the lot and I thought to myself how was he able to put a inspection sticker on a car with a check engine code ud83eudd14 ud83eudd14ud83eudd14 the name Rudy is a very good describing name for him because he just steals peoples money and doesn’t care about anything as long as he gets paid . I’ve contacted my lawyer and will be pursuing these matters with the court because he will NOT CONTINUE TO STEAL OTHERS HARD EARNED MONEY !!!!
