My husband was in there yesterday to buy a gift card, the guy got him set up for a speedy rewards, asked what pump he wanted the gas on, my husband said again that he needed a gift card. The guy finished the process gave my husband his speedy rewards card, & his receipt for his gift card. My husband asked where he gift card was, the guy insinuated that he gave it to him. The customer behind my husband who was a friend of the guy checking him out got all aggressive and kept asking my husband what he was going o do about it. The customer even took the garbage out to look through it and said the card wasn’t in there. The guy working took one off the area where you got them, scanned it and threw it away. Not sure why. He called his manager to see what to do, he told her he thought he gave my husband the card and she told him That my husband would have to wait til she could review the tape and see what actually happened. They gave my husband the number for the store which is disconnected?? Not sure what’s up but after I go deal with this today (my husband is working- our money is hard earned)nnThe manager did say she reviewed the cameras and it was obvious that my husband didn’t get his card so she did give us one this morning. She was very kind so they redeemed themselves. Still not sure I will be going back there.

Thanks Speedway, for screwing up my day as soon as I left the house. Late for work due to consistently ridiculous lines, 1 register open, and 4 other employees stocking shelves. Meanwhile everyone in line is obviously aggravated, some storm out. I however left without getting any of the 4 items I needed and will most likely not return to any of the 3 stores in this tiny town. This happens regularly at every location.

Not the place to come if your looking for a quick sandwich. At 8am. you will not find one breakfasts sandwich at all. They advertise this all as the place to stop.
