Krav Maga prides itself on being a practical, easy to understand way to defend yourself in the face of imminent danger. Krav Maga NYOC is a great place to learn this defense system. Instructor Ed Raso, Jason Williams, and the rest of the staff will teach you what has been tried and tested in the streets.nnBecause Krav Maga is for real life situations, the instructors prefaced each move with an example of when and how it could be used. The instructors here are competent and know how to engage the students. The students also make you feel welcomed and are quick to assist you. KMNYOC objective is to get students to move past their fears. In addition they train you to the point where you can make tough, split second decisions to defend yourself and your loved ones.nnI've been here several months and feel I've improved my cardiovascular, stamina and strength. In addition to feeling confident. I feel that I will be able to defend myself in a life threatening situation. They have free tryout classes with no obligation. No pressure tactics used here.
