This place is fantastic. This gym has had such an amazing impact on my life. Everyday at this gym the workout changes and your always pushing your fitness to the next level. The amount of amazing hard work that the owner Barry and his staff put into this gym on a daily basis is incredible and truly inspirational. Joining this gym has been one of the best things that I have ever done in my life, I am so thankful to be a member of crossfit Orange ny. And I highly recommend this gym to anyone, I guarantee that you will love it!
I cannot say enough about how much CrossFit Orange has done for me. I have lost a total of 15 pounds and two pant sizes. The coaches at CrossFit Orange are phenomenal. They all know how to modify a WOD to meet their members' needs when ever necessary. The atmosphere at this Box is super supportive from coaches to the members. I love it!!!!
Great CF gym! Coach Lucy is really awesome giving excellent individual attention to all the athletes. Have worked out at many CF gyms. This one is tops!
I've been to a lot of Crossfits, but it always comes down to the members and coaches. This place, although intense at times, feels like family. Always welcoming and encouraging. I would highly recommend to any in the area.nThe coaches always go out of their way for me. I also love the encouragement that coach Lucie and coach Danny bring to every workout.
