I can't begin to express how happy I am to have discovered Impact MMA. My daughters and I have experienced a few MMA schools, but never quite found what we were looking for, until we walked into Impact. The owner and instructors are fantastic.. All very welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and they give 100% to their students. My daughters, who are complete opposites in personality, focus and motivation, have both settled in, so comfortably. There is such a balance of fun and serious training, that they are both happy and really learning and growing. My younger daughter, who told me there was no way she was doing any more martial arts, after their last school, had quite a change of heart, once she watched and tried a class here. We've done the belt factory/daycare, the too relaxed, the too intense, but we've finally found the exact balance of incredible martial arts training and enjoyable fitness classes, in a wonderfully comfortable environment, with a great group of people.
It’s a Beautiful, clean, well stocked gym with the best guys in all of New York, what isn’t to like?
