My house is the biggest investment I will ever make. For that reason, I want to maximize its value by hiring the best contractors available and installing the best equipment I can. Some reviews mention the expense. I priced other companies and Jones may be a bit higher but worth every single penny. Jones has an excellent reputation; I'm a real estate appraiser and when someone tells me that they had their system installed by Jones, I know it's a quality system and consider that in my valuation. Bryan and Angel were amazingly professional, extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and polite. Tim, the salesman, was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly. I wouldn't go to a second rate doctor and I sure wouldn't go to a second rate HVAC company. Saving a few dollars up front could end up costing a lot more in the end. I had a heating/ac system installed and I am thrilled with the results.

Rick arrived on time and ready to work. Very courteous and patient. He made a thorough assessment and explained his concerns with my boiler system in a way that I could understand.nI was definitely not pleased to find out how much my repairs would cost however I don't think Rick had much influence on the pricing of my repairs. He offered multiple options and payment plans to help soften the blow.nI'm almost certain another service provider may be able to complete the same work at a lower premium however if pricing were not a concern for me, I'd absolutely feel comfortable going forward with Rick at Jones Services.

Called late morning to schedule repair when boiler stopped working, and they were able to get someone out in just a couple of hours. Greg K. was friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what the issue was and what was needed for the repair. He also took the time to discuss replacement options for our current heating and cooling system and hot water system. He even set up the appointments for an electrician to come out to quote some work on our house and for his coworker Tim to come out to discuss our heating options. Excellent experience all around with Jones Services today, and will absolutely use them again when the need arises.

I had scheduled an appointment for a generator installation estimate.nI was contacted the day before to confirm the appointment.nI was called just before the appointment and was given a more exact time.nVal arrived to perform the estimate when he was supposed to.nHe was more than professional, he answered all of my questions and did a thorough job.nHe presented the estimate shortly after he finished and went over several different options available.nHe emailed me a copy of the estimate immediately.nOverall I was extremely satisfied with the entire process.
