I’m not sure if it’s me, but every time I go to the pharmacy, the drive up pharmacist is so rude. Doesn’t greet me, looks annoyed if I don’t say my last name fast enough. I say thank you, I get no response, just the pills. I’m mostly talking about the female pharmacist with the glasses and ponytail....looks like she’s miserable. Hate going to pick up my medication because I know it’s not going to be a pleasant experience. Don’t they do customer service training?

When the older lady with short blonde hair is working I feel very unwelcome in the store. When I first moved to this town she was very rude during my first visit and has always had a rude tone since. I came in the other day to do a money gram and she spoke in a sweet tone to the customer ahead of me but when she got to me the rudeness came back. I was also annoyed because her coworker had told me I needed my id after I explained I was paying a bill for someone else. I then returned with my id and was told that I could not use my id by the short haired woman. I know this is not the first time they’ve done a money gram, so not sure why the confusion was about and why one said I could use my id but then the other employee said I could not. I also had to go back out to my car and instead of the cashier keeping my info on the screen she closed it out and caused me to have to do it all over again just to get denied because I did not have the person ID who’s bill I was paying, which should have been explained before I went to my car to get my id.

Do NOT use the drive thru pharmacy at the Chester Location. They allow people to drop off there COVID-19 is the drop box next to the pickup window. They do NOT give any directions to these people such as wear gloves or a mask. A grey Ford Explorer was in front of me today the husband and wife switched front seats exited there car with no mask no gloves. Go to the window get their test. It states on CVS's website that patients must not exit their car. They exited and changed seats twice with no mask. They are NOT even told to open the drop box with gloves on keep in mind these are people testing for COVID-19. AVOID THIS DRIVE-THRU AT ALL COSTS. The only reason I know this man was getting a COVID test was he but his car in reverse with me behind him and I beeped by horn so he wouldn't hit me. While switching seats with his wife (again NO MASK but believes to be positive for COVID) yelled at me saying I need to be patience since he was a doing a COVID test. CVS employees need to provide instruction to people who clearly lack common sense. I will be also writing CVS Corporate because with the cases going up employees should need to tell people they need to remain in their cars, wear a mask, and gloves when testing for COVID.
