Consistently slow service at the Pharmacy. Numerous times I've called ahead to check if the prescription is ready and when I get there they haven't even started filled it yet. So you have to wait another 15 minutes after already waiting on line, which is also consistently slow-moving.

I’ve experienced bad customer service, but this CVS had the worst customer service. Rude associates with bad attitudes and not willing to help customers.

I have used CVS pharmacy for many years and normally have had no problems. This year has been entirely different. I need to give my dog Hydrocodone -Homatropine for a cough due to an enlarged heart. It requires me to physically pu the script fm the vet and bring to them bc it’s a narcotic. It’s an hr drive there and back. I bring the script to them, and they either can’t fill it entirely or not at all! I don’t understand why they don’t order more to keep up with demand. I shouldn’t have to travel outside to different towns on top of my hr drive to get the script, but this is the case just about every time!!! I’m no longer using them for my prescriptions- I will be using a different pharmacy from now on- just too many bad experiences now with them this year with a real care free attitude! This last time made me feel like I was the problem and not them, just for needing a prescription filled, isn’t that what they’re there for???

This place used to be awesome. The last two times I went, however, my prescriptions were not filled, despite calling a day in advance.
