Service representative was awesome and great customer service. Went into showroom to inquire on a new car and no one came to assist. Asked a sales associate for help and he informed me he was on a call and would help me after. Waited and he never came back. Later, saw him just sitting at his desk and looked like he couldn’t be bothered. Found another associate that did help me with my questions but that stopped after he informed me that the one particular car that I was inquiring about with a panoramic sunroof were no longer coming in due to the new 2021 models expecting to arrive sometime in the fall. Overall, again service representative was awesome. As far as the sale reps if I had to rate their customer service they would get a 4 out of 10. I will be getting a new car soon but unfortunately it will now be with a different Nissan dealership.

I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Frontier and I am extremely happy with my purchase! Michael Brady is an excellent salesperson. He gave me a Carfax showing all the work done on the truck to date and made sure the truck was cleaned, detailed, and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. Purchasing the truck was easy since I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. Steve helped me with the financing and made the process straightforward and painless. Honesty, integrity, good people; I highly recommend Nissan Kia!

Got paired with Dexter who went beyond and above our expectations. He answered all of our questions with expertise and professionalism, and worked with what we had to offer. Never had such a pleasant experience with any other salesperson before. I was able to get into a new lease without any issues in a matter of hours. We will definitely be returning to this dealership for all of our future vehicle necessities and will like to specifically work with Dexter.
