I just bought a beautiful 2012 Ford Focus from IK Auto Sales yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about my experience or the people who work there. Imad and Chris knew I was stressed and nervous and they immediately put me at ease and assured me that everything would be okay and that they would do everything they could to make sure I left with the right car for me and they 100% delivered on that promise. Chris is a salesman who doesn’t make you feel like you’re talking to a salesman, but a human being. No gimmicks, no pressure, and he listens to what your needs are and then shows you what they can offer that fits those needs. The owner, Imad, bent over backwards to offer me multiple options that would work for me and treated me with respect and kindness. They both made me feel like family and like the things that were important to me were also important to them. I asked a million questions and they never seemed impatient and they took the time to break everything down step by step MULTIPLE times until I fully understood. I hate when someone just tries to sell me on something without listening or treating me like a person and I was blown away by the amazing experience I had purchasing my car from IK Auto Sales. I will be returning there for all of my future auto purchases and would recommend them to absolutely anybody and everybody.
