We bought two vehicles in one day, which made for a long day of car shopping. Our salesman, Brett, went out of his way to pick up a different truck for us and then we decided on one already on the lot. He didn't seem to be annoyed or frustrated. As far as our SUV, I was all over the map with what I wanted, Mitsubishi wasn't even on my radar as I get the Ford Family discount - your team went above & beyond last week to get us 2 great vehicles at great prices! Thank you to Brett, Gil, MJ & Shay! Shay was also accomodating to answer some of my questions over the phone since we had to get on the road and we cut our delivery time short (we were exhausted, no fault of the dealership!)
