I was here over the weekend to get a new car. After getting prices for a few cars we explained that we just wanted to check with one other dealership to be sure we were getting the best deal, instantly he walked us out saying they would email us the info on what we discussed. Never got an email. I honestly think that they knew they were asking WAY over what the cars were worth, and knew we would figure that out. We went to Ramsey and got a much better deal.

i had a great experience at sureskys like i always do. It was a little different doing everything online this time around but it was actually better because i didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership. 5/5 stars.

They have done a lot of work on my car and I have to say it is always fixed correctly and they are very honest when it comes to any situation. I recommend Suresky.

Took almost a month to fix my truck .So I wasn't very happy with the services.I also believe from what work I had done. They charged me to much.I was told that I was getting the same engine that was already in the truck. That was also a lie.They wouldn't give me a copy of the manifest from ordering the engine.Which leads me to believe that they charged me for the same engine that I had in the truck,but gave me a lower costing engine in it's place. They also need to work on their customer communication. When you don't hear from someone from the dealership service department about your car,and you have to keep making visits to the shop to find out what's going on with your truck.Its not a good look.I just so happen to be a very patient individual,but I wouldn't recommend none of my friends to go there for service.It's just too much inconsistencies to write them all down in this review. I'm sure you get the picture.
