Really appreciated how easy signing up was! All I had to do was email them for a quote and once we agreed on a price and what spot was right for me the sign up was all over email and went quickly and smoothly. If you're looking for a storage solution I'd recommend here. Tim Stone and his office manager Emma are fantastic and are always a email or phone call away if you have any issue. Highly recommend them!

Customer service is excellent, I have rented space here in the past and highly recommend City Mini Storage. The facility is very clean and expanding, and I appreciated the range of options available.

Out of town renters beware - this location will do everything they can to take advantage of you when you decide to move out. I had rented here for years and overlooked the water that was constantly seeping into my units, the critters that took up resident, and the ice that was everywhere outside the units when they didn't salt that more than once I fell hard on.nnWith the pandemic going on and NY insisting on quarantining people coming in from out of state (Which I agree about) it was impossible for me to get here do move things myself so I hired someone to do it. They couldn't fit everything in their truck, and left some mattresses behind. I spoke to the management company and they said that I had to get everything out immediately so I asked for a reference on someone who could help me with that because I was out of state. They said they didn't get referrals, didn't know of anyone, but they were going to charge me $2500 to remove the remaining items! Absolutely absurd and put me in a very tough situation.nThe emails that started going back and forth were awful, and unprofessional on there part which was weird, because when I looked on LinkedIn at the bio for the person that was writing them it said he was VP of the local bank.nnI was very disappointed in how this was handled, especially since Canandaigua is a resort town with so many out of state visitors. I expected a lot more.

I moved and needed temporary climate controlled storage. The team was very helpful when I signed up and very responsive when I no longer needed service. I would highly recommend city Mini Storage!
