The truth is Epolito's Towing and Recovery never showed up to the scene, but rather monitored my progress by waiting for me to leave the scene to then cancel the order so their company can get paid by Geico without leaving to do the work. The company never called me back nor answered my calls. In fact, I called so much their phone got turned off which proved they could have answered it.nnI suffer from being in the cold and my back starts to lock up and I shake in pain. I was suffering from waiting. I had to pay for a ride home and I have to pay for a ride their back later today.nnI was in a ditch of snow for over 5 hours. My car is still stuck in the snow. It is the next day in the morning but because it is the morning time the company is finally answering their phone and acting oblivious and being sarcastic about my experience. I can see they are not a 24 hour service but rather are purely snobbish people who chose to sleep last night over the job being paid for.nnThis is a fact. This is true. Believe what you want but go elsewhere for service if you hate supporting jerks. Epolito's are the worse type and may lie with their nasty voices over the phone to you. YUCK.

I needed a tow for my work van to my mechanics for some minor work. I called Epolito's Towing for a tow and Dave of BBS Towing arrived late, went to my neighbors and tried hooking up another guys van first. Once the van was hooked up he pulled out so fast I got really nervous and called him to drop it back off. He didn't answer. Two days later when I went to pick it up the drivers side quarter panel and corner of the bumper are smashed in. My mechanic says it arrived that way. It was not that way when it left my driveway. So I call Dave the operator and he tells me he'll come take a look at it with his brother in law who does body work. What a coincidence. My van is damaged by your tow and you have a guy to fix it who your related too..hmmmmmmm. He dodged my phone calls for two weeks then told me that i can go pound salt cause I can't prove he did it. So this guy tows it, offers to fix it after I send him some pics, then all of the sudden nothing. When I called him today he told me he's not at fault. What a joke. Don't bother with Epolito's or BBS Towing-their unprofessional to say the least. Now I have 2k in damage. Pure garbage

It’s 7:00am on a Saturday and my antique car decides to quit in the middle of a busy intersection. In less than 20 minutes after calling Epolito’s, two of the nicest guys arrive and with great care and caution get my car hooked up and headed back to my house. Once there, they took the time to actually back the car up my driveway! (The car is HUGE and heavy. I expected them to leave it at the curb!). Once it was off the tow truck, one guy took the took the time to wipe his fingerprints off from where he touched the paint.nnIt doesn’t get better than that!
