Wonderful staff and storage!nIf there were more stars they would receive the highest! I was using their facility for 2 years with nary an issue. Whenever I had a question the staff support was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Dear Sharon and all the other terrific people who work at B&C Storage, Your storage business is the best in Syracuse. I have used many different storage facilities over the past 10 years and yours is by far the best. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The climate controlled units keep the specified temperature. They do not leave fabrics with a bad smell, while other facilities' climate units do. Your people are super prompt and courteous, and quickly address any issue. You have better prices and you even give the renter a free lock - and not the cheap kind, but the round, hard for thieve to cut off kind. I tell everyone I know to rent from you if they are looking for an excellent storage place with people who are so good to work with. Thank you for all your help over the last few years!

I have used storage facilities all over the country and dealing with B&C Storage has been a breath of fresh air! I call and an actual human answers the phone; she was polite and knew her stuff. I then meet with Colin who didn't try to up sell me on a unit, as for the facility it is very clean and well layed out. If you are looking for storage I would highly recommend B&C Storage.nnTodd

The staff was super helpful! I had a last minute storage need and gave them a call! They were able to accommodate my last minute request and treated me with the utmost respect. They were lifesavers and I truly appreciate the time and effort they take in their customers. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

The utmost professionals in storage. I will not go anywhere else in the future. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. You really couldn't ask for more from a business. As someone who travels all around the country, I have had quite the experience, but as I said before I could not have been more satisfied. The cleanliness and great hours make B&C the absolute best.
