I pulled up to the gate, called the number and within 5 minutes I was able to get access to a storage unit. It was quick, easy and effortless. The lady who answered the phone and took my info was proffessional and had a great attitude. She knew exactly what she was doing and made the process very easy. I would recommend B&C storage to anyone in the Syracuse area.
I have used B&C over the years and will next fall. I store our convertible. I used to store it in my garage but it always in the way. My wife has mobility problems getting around the garaged car. Simple. Store it off premise. Let B&C store it and our other car can be parked to make it easier for my wife.
Great customer service. No contact booking during this time of COVID-19. Also, when I needed a day-of-move change to a bigger storage unit, they were able to process the change over the phone quickly and with zero hassle.
Great facility. A wheeled cart available if needed. Safe & secure. People on phone always pleasant and helpful.
I store my motorcycle in a climate controlled storage unit every year for about 5 months. B&C has amazing customer service and super clean facilities. You won't be disappointed in what they offer and provide.
