The salon is clean and lovely. All the girls are great. I gave clear and realistic expectations for what I was trying to achieve, sadly, I left looking exactly the same and was charged the full price of $225. If what I wanted wasn’t able to be achieved then that should have been communicated to me during the process instead of turning me away from the mirror for the duration of the appointment. I’m also an experienced hair stylist and other options could have been discussed other than - completely covering a whole head of balayage highlights with a toner almost as dark as my hair, which is a very dark brown. Needless to say, will not return.
Love this place. Everyone is very friendly and knows what they are doing. Lauren is a fantastic colorist and worth every penny!!
