One of the best places with an incredible community. The programming is incredible. I’ve never felt more empowered to be strong and fit. Love the infrared saunas as well!

The best gym in canandaigua!!! Amanda is an amazing owner. I was very intimidated to get back into cross fit after being on and off after an injury and an illness about 2 years ago. This gym is SUCH a safe and inviting place to be! The coaches are absolutely amazing! Also a very very clean and safe environment with what’s going on today!

Nick Tedesche, 4 plus years with Amanda she is great, truly cares for your health and your progress. I used to travel for work, been to several dozen other boxes nation wide, none as clean or as well maintained as Chosen Athletics.

Covid central. Stay away. Owner discourages masks saying they don’t work. Went to mass spreader event with the assault at the capital and then is back training the next day with no mask. Then she lets a trainer who is symptomatic stay and instruct classes. When you object she yells about conspiracy theories and that you are assaulting her small business. Move on to another gym who cares about your true health.nnUpdate: based on their response they are not denying the owners reckless approach to safety just that they have been lucky there has been no transmissions.
