An exercise program that you can actually stick to! I started Jazzercise almost 9 years ago when my high school daughter needed an outside of school physical activity for credit. She & I started taking the classes once or twice a week & eventually worked out our shyness and started really enjoying ourselves. We have both been members since & love going to class! This is not what it was 50 years ago & the music is current and well suited for all tastes! Each exercise is choreographed with the music to make sure you can succeed & work your body for maximum effect!nEveryone is very welcoming & we have made some great friends who we even hang out with outside of class. :) If you want to keep your heart healthy & work up a sweat this is the program for you!!!!! Give it a try!
