I just leased a 2020 Cadillac CT5 from Randall and the transaction was excellent. It was well worth the 1 hour drive to get the car and the deal that I wanted. Sam Macaluso was my salesman, and he was great to work with. When this lease is up, Randall will be my first stop. Good team here.

We had purchased a used 08 CTS which needed an engine change and subsequently stopped running. The engine would not crank the key was stuck in the ignition and one of the rear wheels was locked. The car had sat at our usual mechanic for months without success. Had AAA tow it to Randall Cadillac. These guys are used to working on recalls and warranty work not basket cases! Our Service Advisor was Kirk Strickland who’s top notch. He understood we needed to keep the bill down & let us bring in our own new battery which saved us $499. His team diagnosed the issue .. a bad ECM and a wrong fuse block which had been installed by another mechanic. Despite the lack of parts due to a strike at GM and my being out of the country 2x, Kirk got it back in service and running well, even advising me that it needed a MAF sensor to pass inspection which I did myself and saved $200. The entire bill was as $1700 which was a deal considering this frakencar needed some real detective work to get running. I give this dealer my highest rating and recommendations. Many thanks !

I had driven Cadillac's during my corporate life. When I retired my wife and I decided to downsize. So we began driving the large Buicks, Park Aves and Lucernes. Then Buick decided to downsize. We went back to the full size CT6 Cadillac and we are really enjoying this vehicle. For shopping ease try the Shop, Click, Buy on their website, it is a breeze and Tom O'May really did a super job of finishing the process. Went in to his office and all the paperwork was completed. All I had to do is sign and drive. This car is very technically sophisticated with a great number of bells and whistles. If I have one complaint, it is the Cadillac customer assistance phone system. They are Not up to the Task. For getting good answers to how to use the Bells and whistles, use the unofficial Cadillac Forum website online.
