The service team did an outstanding work on diagnosing and working on my vehicle. Glenn in the service department was very friendly and professional . He kept me informed through out what the needs of my vehicle was. I'm so glad I took my car for service there. I recommend them to any one looking for honest and quality service department.

During the buying process most of communications were done via Text and email which was convenient and allowed me to work on it at my own pace. Charlie Web has been my salesmen for over ten years and has the best. Always been quick to answer questions and concerns. He listen to my requirements and presents me with options and I never feel pressured. Does what he can with different incentive programs to give us the best deal. Farnsworth has always been like family from Sales, Service to the Collision shop. Defiantly recommended to my friends and family THANKS

Joe Coyle was our sales guy. He was great to work with, helpful and very good communication throughout the process. Ben (finance person) was also great, explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions. Coming off recent negative experiences with a couple other dealerships, my faith was restored in the car buying experience. We had a very good experience here - go see Joe and buy a car!

Steve Voll, the sales person who sold me the car, made me feel incredibly comfortable navigating my first ever purchase of a brand new car. From the very start when I test drove the car, Steve and the rest of the Farnsworth team were very friendly and extremely low pressure. They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and answer any questions I had. I will most certainly be recommending Farnsworth Chevrolet to anyone I know looking to purchase a new vehicle.
