I bought a 2019 dodge ram truck there. The experience was fine, however I was promised a 2nd key to the truck. I've contacted the dealership 2x since I've bought the truck. The first time, I was told that they were looking for the truck. The 2nd time I went in and talked to the manager. I'm being told that I'm on the list , and that they have the key but can't find it.nWell, I can tell you that I'm fed up with the runaround of not having a 2nd key. This has got to be the worst dealership and a dishonest one at that. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. After over 2 months of waiting, I would tell everyone to go to any other dealership other than Honda of Canandaigua! Disgusted.
