It has been a long time since I wrote a review on great customer service but I can now. I have purchased cars in the past but I never was as relaxed and confident in the sale as I was with Aaron. When you want to find an example of a salesmen giving great customer service you can't go any farther than Aaron. He takes the time to listen and follow through. I have already purchased my second car from him and I will recommenced to everyone to go see him for truly a great experience. Thanks Meg

This is my first Hyundai - I got a sporty looking Red one. Alex went out of his way working with us trying to find just the right fit for my husband and I. We started with the Tuscon but found the Santa Fe gave us the comfortable room that we were looking for. All of the bells and whistles certainly helped too. Very happy with the staff and customer service. Ask for Alex, you won't be disappointed!

First, I just want to say thank you to Eddie for all his help. We had such a great experience buying our new Palisade. We even traded in and got a very fair trade in value. Thank you Vision Hyundai of Canandaigua for making us feel like valued customers. Our family has now bought 2 cars from them in the past 2 weeks. Worth visiting and getting an A+ experience. Thank you so much to Courtney Place, sales consultant. We bought a car from her and we were truly delighted with the way she treated us. She was not only very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with, she really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy customers. I always have such a pleasant experience whenever I walk into Vision Hyundai of Canandaigua. I have always worked with Eddie as a salesman, and have called him on an a day off when I couldn't remember something as simple as how to turn the light to my screen off. Every time I go in for an oil change or any service he always remembers who I am. Great place and great service.
