Great place to go watch live shows awesome sound any seat in the building you can see the stage good plus it's a landmark stop in Stanley theater watch a show and enjoy
Beautiful venue but was very disappointed with the staff for the Oak Ridge Boys concert. Instead of making an announcement in the beginning advising of no video recording, they would climb over people and shine flashlights in people's faces to let them know they can't take videos. It was embarrassing for the people taking them and very unprofessional and tacky of the staff members. It distracted me from the concert for most of the night and it felt like we were being watched like prisoners. Even one of the singers at the end of the show realized what was happening and tapped the guy on the shoulder and told him to go away. Makes me think twice about going back for a concert.
This is truly a historic gem. The restoration thus far is breathtaking for anyone who sincerely appreciates the architectural beauty of a historic building.
What an awesome performance of the Nutcracker we saw last night. Regretfully, we missed the second half of the show after fire alarms made evacuating necessary. Kudos to the staff and volunteers for maintaining order in what could have been a panicky situation.nSo thank full that it wasn't a serious situation and the fire department deemed the building safe.
Beautiful place. Even in the back balcony you have a good view of the stage
