Customer service skills. Everyone is always smiling and helpful. My tax professional, Linda, is always so joyful when welcoming clients. She's very knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring her clients have a wonderful experience at the Canandaigua, NY branch. She truly cares about her clients and it shows through the experience she creates for all of us as a tax professional.

I can't speak for their tax preparation services, but they are absolutely the worst if using for for small business tax and payroll purposes. They do not complete the work they are being paid to complete in a timely manner, they have made several mistakes with our business sales taxes resulting in fines, and they are unresponsive when asked to do the job we are paying them to do. Needless to say we are taking our business elsewhere and absolutely would recommend that any small business do the same. When picking up our records yesterday, they did not even have paperwork prepared that should have been complete at the end of December! Very disappointed in their quality and quantity of work as well as their professionalism.
