I highly recommend big blue self storage. Staff are friendly, reasonable, and always more than willing to help if needed. Pricing is good and the premises are clean and easily accessed even during winter months.

Great location for your storage needs and not in the flood zone they also have climate control if you need it

Not a bad facility but when I got my unit I was able to pay online like I do all my bills, then about 6 months ago the online billing stopped, all of a sudden my account is not eligible for online payments. I travel a lot and will not do auto pay, which they try to push me into every time I call because....I can't make an online payment. **I am not going to put my bank account info into an untrustworthy system that can't even take a credit card payment. My credit card has fraud protection, my account can be drained. So I end up paying a late fee every month justifying their ploy I guess. The owner Amy assures me she will call AGAIN and can't figure it out, the employees are trained to say oh yeah I just heard that and we're working on it, we'll call right now. Not sure who they're calling but it's been 6 months.

This is a good facility for off site storage of your items because of several reasons, with number 1 being the facility manager Vicki. In June 2019, I unexpectedly needed a quick place to store household items and located Big Blue Self Storage on the internet. Following up with a phone call I reached Vicki and she guided me through the process over the phone, making the task super easy. With my moving truck arriving in a few days I guessed I needed to rent 2 units, one climate controlled and one not, in order to have enough room for my furniture. Both units were clean and well maintained. Vicki even volunteered to show the semi truck where the units were if I couldn’t be there in time for them to unload. My movers were great and I was surprised they were able to put everything into the climate controlled unit so I didn’t need the other unit that I had paid for but never used. While the storage policy is no refunds for part of a month, because of my unique circumstances Vicki made a request to the owner that I receive credit for the unused rental days. Fortunately they agreed to do this and applied the credit to the one storage unit I did need. Here are the reasons I would store here again: 1) manager Vicki 2) clean and maintained 3) easy access anytime with gate code 4) making payments is easy with available choices 5) good location 6) no issues to deal with-probably because Vicki makes things run smoothly.

Excellence, professional and pleasant to deal with the staff members of big blue storage. I rented storage space for my son who is a college student living on campus nearby. I will utilize their services until he graduates and pass the word onward. Thanks Big Blue.
