Our car was stolen over the weekend so the thief also has my house key. I called to get a quote on re-keying 4 doors/8 locks. John was at my house in under 30 minutes from my call, which I really appreciated. He and the associate I spoke to when I called were courteous and professional (and clearly responsive!) I would highly recommend Murphy's Lock & Alarm and will absolutely call on them in the future.
THese guys were awesome. Came in re-keyed my home in excellent time. Courteous and professional. Not enough good things to say about them.
Employees were helpful and informative. Fixed the problem right on the spot for a very low cost. Definitely recommend to all!

The guy I dealt with in person was helpful on the other hand I was told with confidence that the specific key I needed could be ordered and that it would be about two days. After nearly a week I called and spoke with a different individual to check the status and was told I'll check and call you back. 2 days later still no call..........
