I'm literally sitting here at one of the tables right now still waiting. We called, ordered 10 wings to go. They said ten minutes, we said great! It's now been over 35 minutes!!!! This is unbelievable and disgusting. Never again.
I order at least 3 times a week... their fried raviolis are the best, tomato pie always fresh and on point. Their Pizza is phenomenal customer service is great it's my favorite pizza place in this whole area!!!
Probably the best pizza and wings (everything) in the Utica-Whitesboro-Yorkville area.
Update 03/24 Attention to detail is lacking I understand you reheat the pizza slices but presenting slices that had burnt cheesy tips is an obvious lack of care, not a complaint just a heads up. I prefer to cook now because most resteraunts are just cooking for a paycheck these days
With the rona going on I opted for delivery the guy that took my order was Hella friendly and fast . The driver was prompt and made sure I was happy before he left a mouthwatering pie in my hands . Overall a great experience with excellent food .
