It's a shame that I have to edit my review here. I had previously said they have the best slices in Utica. Last night my girlfriend placed an order for $101 of food to be delivered. Over the years I'd guess we've spent $1000's at Palermo Pizza but after last night it will be the last. The order was delivered and we didn't get the 40 chicken wings. Not a big deal as we usually call and they send it back out. However the lady on the phone gave my girlfriend a hard time and implied my girlfriend was lying about not receiving the wings. So we never ended up getting the 40 wings. I sure hope the delivery driver enjoyed them or whoever received our wings by mistake. Never again!

I'm VERY disappointed to be writing this review as I've been a long time customer and have spend $1000's of dollars with them over the years. Last night I placed an order for $101 worth of food for New Year's night. The order showed up and after tipping the delivery driver I went upstairs with my food only to discover they forgot the 40 wings I ordered. Usually not a big deal at all because if they forget something I'll call them back and they will head back right away.nnWell last night I called back and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and gave the impression I was lying about the missing wings. Long story short I never received the 40 wings that was part of my $101 order. That will be the LAST time I ever order from them again and it's a shame because I enjoy their food. To anyone reading this PLEASE make sure you double check that ALL items are received before letting the delivery driver leave. And to the delivery driver... I hope you enjoyed my wings.

First and last time I will ever order from this dump.nOrdered a large philly cheese steak, blt, and a kids slice.nThe philly steak was disgusting and so dry, it wasn’t edible. $18 in the trash.nThe blt, bread was not toasted and the bacon not even cooked all of the way. Slimy.nOnly thing half way decent was the kids slice and frys.nDo yourself a favor and order from someplace else.

Called and placed an order at 6:22 pm called and politely made my order of one of there large pizza and 40 wing special and they did not deliver no communication at all the time is 9:38 pm March 21 and my order still has yet to arrive or them answer the phone
