Great little gym that provides all of the workout equipment needed do CrossFit training, cardio weight training, and just about anything else you're into doing when it comes to physical training. Frank is the owner and operator very friendly straightforward guy that can help you with any questions or demonstrations you need on how to work machinery and what different machines can do for you. Moderately priced monthly memberships and six months to a year memberships offered plenty of parking, and rarely have I had to ever wait for a machine or weights. Flex gym also offers pre-workout drinks and recovery protein shakes.
