I took advantage of the two week new student special taking 11 classes with different teachers - they are all very good. As a beginner, I appreciated the detail provided by Jody, Gabi and Kelley for poses so I can understand how each relates with another. I am already experiencing significant progress.nnThe Dewitt location is easy to access and comfortable. The Syracuse studio is beautiful. Both locations are welcoming and well managed. I would highly recommend O Yoga to everyone.
I really do Love this Studio. The people are nice and the atmosphere is great. However, it is very frustrating that no one ever answers the phone. I could call and not get a call back for days if at all. It's such a hassle.
The best Yoga studio I have visited: and I've done yoga all over. Great studio atmosphere, and wonderful teachers.
