I would just like to let everyone know my experience with this firm. The initial contact was good that’s about as far as the good went. Multiple phone calls went unanswered with no call back. When I did get a call back it was from the paralegal. She was terrible she had an attitude and excuse after excuse(including she is a migraine sufferer) of why things weren’t getting done. I ended up closing 3 weeks late lost out on vacation I had took to move, paying for an extra months rent because I couldn’t move on time. And when I spoke to the lawyer himself on closing day (he is a nice guy) he said he wouldn’t get rid of her. She is really the problem. Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere.

Do as you wish but I'd recommend doing business with someone else. As far as they are concerned once they got your money they have no interest in helping you after that. It took me 2 months to get a simple one sentence answer on how I should proceed with a legal matter with my property.nnCountless phones and emails and they call with we can give you any advice and to contact lawyer. 2 months to come up with that.nnAnd the receptionist was far from professional.

After my initial contact with Bill I emailed the info they asked for and have heard nothing. Have tried to reach him. Four times and left messages with no response.

Very good services. Have closed two houses with Bill and everything went very smoothly. Bill is very knowledgeable and solved any issue arose from those transactions. I'm pleased with his work and will continue hiring him for my closings.
