I started the 6 week Take Back Your Life challenge at the beginning of November and by week 2 I knew that I would be sticking around after the challenge was completed. The coaches are all amazing and truly care about everyone who steps through their doors, they truly do celebrate your successes with you. The energy from the coaches and from your fellow members is contagious!! The classes are challenging, but at the end of the day I always walk out of there feeling like I had a great time pushing myself. They make the nutrition plan incredibly easy to follow and that really is the game changer. I plan to continue mainly eating that way going forward because I truly do love the way I feel now that I am fueling my body the right way. My energy, confidence, strength, recovery, and overall more positive way of viewing progress have improved 10 fold since I started at O.B. I truly cannot thank them enough for their help and guidance and I can’t wait to see what I can do over the next year and beyond!! Joining O.B. was easily one of the best decisions that I have ever made for myself!!

For someone who has tried every diet and lifestyle change, I haven’t seen results until doing the 6 week challenge. The coaches and community at OB is amazing and is what makes this gym stand out from the rest. I would definitely recommend OB to anyone!

I just completed the 6 week take back your life challenge. I had huge success with the support, guidance, and know of all of the amazing staff. I have transformed my life, how I think about food and exercise, and I feel so much better. I am so happy that I made this step and have joined a community that truly cares about seeing you do well and meet your goals. I would reccomend O.B. to anyone. ud83dudcaa

I just completed the 6-week take back your life challenge. I feel amazing and would recommend this to anyone looking into making a change. What truly makes this place different is the support you get from all the trainers and staff. I’ve given up on myself so many times before doing other programs elsewhere and this time I was able to stick with it because it’s evident the people at OB care and want to see you succeed. Plus they didn’t push special products or pills - just real food and encouraged effort!

I was so grateful for coming across this 6 week challenge! Not only do I feel stronger physically, but mentally as well. This challenge has taught me that if i put my mind to it, I can achieve anything. It was a great way to introduce myself into the fitness/nutrition world and get a understanding of how I should be treating / feeding my body. I would 10/10 recommend this program to everyone.. beginner or expert!
