Staff are usually friendly but I should point out that I went in today and saw that an employee (whom I believe was the manager) wearing his mask completely under his chin while talking loudly on the phone and spreading his germs everywhere. There was also a costumer walking around with absolutely no mask on, and none of the employees (not even the manager) said anything to him. There is a pandemic going on, in case you forgot. Please show some sense and some concern for other people's safety. There is no excuse for this. I don't think I will return because I don't feel safe there, as the rules are clearly not being upheld!
Staff and Pharmacist were friendly, kind and helpful.
The new pharmacist is very helpful and patient.
I had a prescription from the planned Parenthood app sent a rite aid that turned out to be permanently closed. After trying to contact planned Parenthood I just decided to stop in at a rite aid and see if they could help me transfer the prescription. The pharmacist I spoke with did his absolute best to not help me. All I could get from him was one word answers. If he was busy and in a hurry he could have wrapped our conversation up quicker by just showing a little human decency and giving me complete sentences explaining what he is able to do or not do. So frustrating.
Well it is a good place to go to especially if you are living close to the University and you would find it a go to place in an emergency. Although things are going to be costly but it still saves you whenever in need and emergency. The staff is friendly and you will find almost all the basic things that you need for yourself
