Very disappointed in how the manager treated me yesterday,, she was offensive, rude and unprofessional! While I was purchasing at the register communicating with the associate, she interrupted from the middle of the floor where everyone could hear and doubted my integrity about using my Talbot award coupon. Not cool!!nI have seen an unfriendly atmosphere there and no smiles at all.nI love the brand but will shop elsewhere, love the SKANEATELES staff!!
