The older woman who owns this store is a huge witch and does not care about the customer at all. I brought in well known brands in perfect condition like a yellow Ralph Lauren spring dress and she told me it was out of style or that the shoes I brought in she didn't like that they wrapped around the ankle to tie. Just super picky and not helpful at all.

I used to recommend this store to everyone I knew. Now, I’m disgusted. I walked in the other day to shop and to my surprise, none of the employees were wearing masks. They had a flimsy plastic cover near the register that does NOT cover the entire area and considered it as their masks. Even without that, the girls proceeded to put clothing back into the aisles without masks.nI could not believe my eyes. I walked out immediately. I already went and alerted the Onondaga health dept but I am writing this review to let customers know that this place is not compliant with CDC guidelines at all.

Supper rude costumer service And fake employees!!! brought in high quality cloths and wouldn’t take any of because some of it got creases in a few prices. When I was looking around the person looking through the pile didn’t bother to look at what I had. Felt extremely discriminated from the employees. The manager said “Iam going to the back” when I was shocked that she didn’t bother to look at what I had! They said they are about plus size selections, but the store tells you other wise with their selection. They didn’t even take timberland boots, lane Bryant cloths, ect. I would never support this store!

Being a business owner myself and dropping clothes off to Clothes Mentor in the past has been a pleasant experience, working with Darcy!nUnfortunately as of today, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE STORE!nThe owner couldn’t have been more rude to me and in the end tells me I was the rude one. Seriously, I did nothing. Darcy and I always have great communication.nThe owner and the young gentleman were working on another order. I was waiting for a while before I asked about how’s her longer it would take. The gentleman told me about 35 minutes. The only thing I said was that I wish I knew it was going to take that long( I wasn’t being mean) and boy, did the owner rip me apart. As a business owner myself and take customer service seriously, I decided calmly to leave. She continued to be negative where as I was walking out and saw her talking so negative to the patrons, I turned around to confront her. I asked her what is going on and she kept telling me I’m awful! She clearly was having a bad day! However, I will NEVER walk in there again ( clearly, not that she would care anyway) but cannot support a store that I loved supporting knowing that it was locally owned and a woman for that matter..nPLUS, she wasn’t wearing a mask and the gentleman had the mask under his chin!!
