Incompetence and riding coat-tales of predecessors who used to work there. Nothing original here, just incompetence and laziness from other companies (Like New Venture Gear) that shut down and left.

Moved stock locations to Mexico and I guess their customer service moved off the face of the earth. Shame since I purchased motors through them for years without any issues.
