I have purchased several vehicles from Fayetteville Dodge and have always had a top notch experience with them and the service department. This time I was in for routine service on my latest purchase and also had 2 concerns, Jeff ( service department) went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. One of the issues I was having wouldn’t repeat itself so they kept the vehicle over night, and found a problem that I didn’t know about and fixed it. This team is professional, go out of their way to help you, I recommend them highly. He left my concerns open in case it happens again so that it’s documented. I can’t ask anything more for this service department they are excellent! Thank you and great job.
