We rented a trailer to move a 1962 Buick Special. The equipment was great and did exactly what we needed it to. The customer service on there was sub par at best. We waited for over 30 mins with only one other customer ahead of us in line. Several employees were involved in resolving an issue that could have taken one. Very frustrating.

Had a 12pm appointment for a trailer hitch wiring install on my 2013 Pilot. Arrived just before 12, counter person said that I didn’t have an apt because there aren’t any techs right now. I asked her to check the schedule and then she found my appointment however a technician wasn’t in....nnThen come to find out they didn’t even have the part needed for the install anyways....nnTerrible customer service, will not be returning or referring anyone...
