Took my 2015 Mercedes GL450 to this shop after shopping around and even going to the Mercedes dealership. The repair was not cheap but Kyle did his best to work with me on the price. My car runs smooth and the check engine light that has been haunting me for so long is gone. Am very pleased with my experience and will recommend this place to anyone with a foreign car.

I was thoroughly impressed with Upstate Imports. You would think because they work on high end cars like Porsches and BMWs there'd be an air of stuffiness in the shop. Nope. The guys there were so down to earth. They had wifi so I could still work while they were doing their thing. They've got fresh coffee, water, and snacks while you wait. I went there just to get my car inspected and what I got was my car inspected. Thoroughly. They called me out because something was wrong. Great here's an unexpected $500 bill. Showed me a problem with my exhaust. Loose and missing hardware. Of course it had to get fixed. 15 mins later I'm up paying my bill waiting for the sticker shock. I was very shocked. They charged me for my inspection. That was it. On my car i would expect to be charged for every little thing. I asked about the repair and Kyle told me that it was such a quick fix there was no need to charge. I've read their reviews, good and bad. From my own personal experience I can tell you that Kyle and his team are professional, courteous, HONEST, and good old fashioned down to earth people. I would absolutely recommend him and his shop for anything they are capable of doing. Thank you Kyle and Upstate Imports. We definitely need more of your kind in the auto repair world.

Upstate Imports is the excellent choice in choosing a garage to service your car especially if you own a high end or imported vehicle. If you own a Range Rover it’s the only place you want to take your Rover in Syracuse. Other garages will tell you they have the diagnostic tools but most don’t. Save yourself the agony of an expensive bill and your car still isn’t fixed.nKyle who runs Upstate Imports in Syracuse is outstanding and honest and gets it done. He is also a Range Rover owner and enthusiast. Do yourself a favor and go to the best! There’s no reason to look any further. I’ve been a customer for many years now. Their shop in Baldwinsville is also excellent!
