Had bought 2010 sonata seven months ago. Car is running good till date. Always there for suggestions and support. The Honest Dealer i have ever seen. Good Technician too... ! Ideal choice for best deals, good cars at low price.

If I could give no stars, I would. DO NOT by from this place! They talk a good game but when it comes time to do the work they are unresponsive. I bought a car in May 2017 and the bearing was bad and I called them and they said it was just replaced and still under warranty and to bring it in. Well here we are on over a year later and I still have not been able to get it in to get replaced! I get the run around when I try to bring it in. “Oh someone passed away and I was out for a couple weeks” I’m supper swamped it’s just me working”, I will call you next week to bring it in”-that has been a few times being said. Not to mention when I got the car he put “new” tires on. The tires are not going to pass inspection either because they weren’t new or because the bearing ruined them. Either way should not be on us! If they were new they should be lasting longer than one year. Also, the one time he did do work on the car was shortly after I bought it because the breaks were bad, he just shaved the rotors down when in reality he should have just replaced them because again a year later that’s what we need to do. Well they should have been done last year as they were bad even after he shaved the rotors. But you know gotta take the cheaper route to make the money! Here we are now a year later and needing to get it inspected and called them and he told me to bring it in this past Monday. Well don’t you know he actually called me back the one and only time to tell me not to bring it in because he was having surgery on his back that day and wouldn’t be available for a couple weeks! Umm this sounds like a scam to me and probably something you would have had planned! I will never return to this a$$clown for anything and you better believe I will be discouraging it to anyone even thinking about it. Horrible businessman. Just a typical salesman, anything to get them into the car but after the sale.. nothing!

Great experience. I think Ed bends over backwards to serve the customer. I wouldn't think of buying a used car anywhere else in Upstate NY.

Complete refurbished used cars never an issue with the vehicle sold here top-of-the-line of the line cars very honest salesman dot dot salesman... You work directly with the owner and he will help you with any issues after the purchase...
