The service representative Dominic was excellent. He listened to our problem and then proceeded to resolve the issue. Our problem was a punctured tire that needed to be replaced. I brought a copy of all our warranties, as I was unsure which one was pertinent to our situation. In less than ten seconds he had located the applicable one on the dealership computer. Dominic then told us he would do his best to contact the warranter and file the claim. He advised us to go home and he would contact us when he had a response. As promised he called to tell us that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When we arrived he said the car was ready at no charge to us. Dominic made our Christmas after Christmas!!!

I called 5 times and different numbers for a week trying to schedule brakes and an oil change. No one picked up the phone and no one returned my call. I went to the mechanic up the street from me to have the work done.

Changing due to recent issues. I have been trying to make an appointment for the past two weeks to get a warranty repair finished on my car as since the first time I brought in you didn't order all parts needed. Now I have been trying to call and get this done get nothing but answering machines leave messages and get no calls back. Honestly just over the b.s. don't know if ownership change is problem or service department is just going down hill. I have purchased two brand new cars and two used between me and my wife since 2006. Time to find a new dealership when ready to buy a new car for my wife next year.

Bought a car from them with 30000 miles on it for $18000. 12 months later I cant even get it inspected because of check engine light and a host of sensors and bad parts. NEVER AGAIN! The amount of money I have to spend to keep it on the road is HUGE!!!....clowns

My husbands and I had a fantastic buying experience. I loved that I was able to test drive many different trim packages of the Tucson and the Santa Fe and Tom McBride was super accommodating and never made me feel like I was being a pain. I ended up buying a Santa Fe and couldn't be happier.
