Recently turned my lease in and was able to get into a new 2022 Kia Carnival. I worked with Pat and Nate, who were great. They helped me get into a great new lease with a price that met my comfort level. I would recommend Kia of East Syracuse when looking to purchase/lease your next vehicle!

Edit... I wrote the following a year ago when I helped my son buy a almost new car last year. Last week I picked up my 4th Kia Soul from Kia of East Syracuse and had another great experience with my salesman Eduardo. For anyone reading this my latest trade is a sweet looking special edition Kia Soul that's white with a red top with only 30K miles on it waiting for you. Big shout out to the whole crew at Kia of East Syracuse and maybe I'll see you for another Soul in 3 or 4 years! My review from last year... Just a shout out to Eduardo and the whole staff at Kia of East Syracuse. I've bought 3 cars through Eduardo since 2011 and stopped out yesterday to help my son grab a good deal. Less than 24 hours later thanks to the whole team working in unison we picked his new ride up this afternoon. No pressure. Nothing pushed or slipped in at the last minute. They may not be the biggest, but are the best in my mind!

My experience at Kia of East Syracuse was amazing. The staff was friendly and not pushy like many other car dealers. Taylor Castleman listened to what I wanted in a car, the type of car, and budget. It actually was the best car buying experience I have had and the 20 year limited power train warranty is amazing. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Taylor and the manager, Sam. It was worth the drive out there.

I recently bought my car from kia of east Syracuse! Mark at Kia made this car shopping experience beyond good for me and I highly Recommend if you’re a first time car buyer or looking to buy a car whenever that you head on out and see MARK AT KIA!! My experience was fast, reasonable, and easy! Mark was very understanding and helped me remain in my budget and still get a car I absolutely enjoy!!

I prefer to do my car shopping online as much as possible, and want a best price offer from each dealer upfront. Kia of East Syracuse and Dave were very easy to do business with remotely, gave me a good offer, and made the whole process go smoothly. I live about an hour away, and it was worth the trip.
